price to limit the perception that this is just "one more analysis
that doesn't change anything." The goal of our analyses are
not simply for EduClear to understand your organization, rather,
we identify the areas for improvement in your organization and provide
you with recommendations for short, mid-term, and strategic actions.
Then you decide which recommendations to implement and we help you
achieve your goals.
Our
approach includes gathering information from diverse sources throughout,
and sometimes outside, your organization to get an objective perspective
of the situation. We then work with your key stakeholders to determine
the most appropriate solutions for your organization's culture and
capabilities. For example, it may not be appropriate to implement
a robust detailed procedural standard for a small, dynamic group
who are simply looking for a little bit better planning and documentation.
Conversely, it would not be sufficient to implement a few simple
tools and a half-day of training for a large organization that usually
completes several complex, multi-million dollar projects per year.
We
are currently developing an online analytical tool to facilitate
our data gathering which will decrease our turnaround time for the
results and allow us to gather information from a number of different
sources quickly and efficiently.

including: processes, tools, environment, standards, feedback, incentives,
